INSTRUCTOR: Kim Lee & her assistant Michael Weller (Rev K’s husband)

This Class is designed for ALL AGES and Fitness Levels!  All you need is a fitness ball, a bucket/basket to hold that ball and drum sticks of some sort.  AND A DESIRE TO HAVE FUN !!  (if you don’t have the items, just come and work out with us.)  A limited number of kits will be available for  1st class.

BRING A FRIEND  —-  THE 1ST CLASS IS FREE !!  SUBSEQUENT CLASSES ARE $5.00 PER CLASS.
